You can consider that Socioeconomic Institute for Advanced Studies (SIAS) is a hub for establishing, or re-aligning, or emphasising ‘Life-Purposeful’ mission. Despite being selective stimulating learning environment, SIAS model of delivery and focus on realised outcome on the targeted communities or human challenging problems, SIAS postgraduate students would enjoy.
By joining the unique multidisciplinary culture in SIAS, the students would meet faculties and peers from variety of backgrounds, specialities, experiences, and ethnicity which widen their mindset which opens a collection of opportunities. As a graduate of SIAS you would be either a multidisciplinary thinker, or complex problem solver, or a social-for-profit entrepreneur, or a sustainable development goal (SDG) .
To help our students realise their potential we in SIAS have invested heavily in projects that would be core of any SIAS postgraduate program. The student would be embrace doing impact based projects from first day, as they would experience live labs and projects in every module. This give them as SIAS students to be in the forefront of their communities issues, ‘exploring by doing’ not just learning and /or researching .
At SIAS, we are proud to have a Board of Trustees that is dedicated to advancing our mission of promoting socioeconomic development through research, education, and community engagement. Our Board is composed of accomplished leaders from various fields, including business, academia, and public service, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to SIAS.
The MSc Inspiration Economy is a graduate program offered by SIAS that focuses on the emerging field of inspiration economy. It emphasizes creativity, innovation, and human potential as the drivers of economic growth and development. Our program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to understand and apply inspiration economy principles in a range of contexts, and prepares them for careers in various fields.
The MSc Resilience Economy is a graduate program offered by SIAS that focuses on building economic resilience in the face of global challenges such as climate change, pandemics, and economic instability. Our program provides students with the knowledge, skills,and tools they need to develop innovative solutions and adapt to changing circumstances and comprehensive approach to postgraduate education, with a focus on preparing students for success.
The PhD Inspiration Economy is a doctoral program offered by SIAS that focuses on the emerging field of inspiration economy. It is designed for students who are passionate about advancing knowledge and making a positive impact on society through research. Our program prepares students to become leading scholars in the field of inspiration economy and provides them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to conduct rigorous research .
